Shivaji Gupta Roy

With over 40 years of experience in both national and international settings, Shivaji Gupta Roy is a seasoned Trainer and Management Consultant with diverse cross-functional expertise.

Since 1981, Shivaji has been delivering training programs and has organized numerous programs for a wide range of organizations in countries such as India, Spain, Russia, Indonesia, USA, China, Singapore, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

He was a Faculty Member in the Marketing and OB area at the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.

He served as a Visiting Professor at ESADE, Barcelona, Spain, conducting research and teaching courses on Services Management and International Marketing.

At Price Waterhouse Coopers, he was not only a consultant but also a member of the firm’s global Continuing Education Team based in Tampa, USA.

He held the position of Head of Operations & Recruitments at Intelligroup Asia, Hyderabad.

He led the PeopleSoft Practice at ITC Infotech Ltd, Kolkata.

At Sarda Group, he served as Vice President – HR and Corporate Services.

Later, as Executive Director at CitiXsys Technologies, he expanded the company into an international entity with business operations worldwide. He then joined Franklin Covey South Asia as Executive Vice President, focusing on business development and delivering 7 Habits and Leadership programs across Southeast Asia.
