1. Services

1.1 Consulting Clinics & Business Advisory: We provide consulting services through scheduled clinics and advisory sessions. Sessions may be conducted online or in person, depending on availability.

 

1.2 Training Programs & Workshops: We offer various professional training and workshops in different formats, including online and in-person sessions.

2. Registration & Account

2.1 To access some of our services, you may need to register an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

 

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

 

2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Payment Terms

3.1.1 All payments for services, training programs, and workshops, purchases must be made in advance through the payment methods provided on our website.

3.1.2 Prices are listed in INR (Rupees) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.2.1 Consulting Clinics & Training Programs: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, you must notify us at least 5 working days in advance.

​

3.2.2 If rescheduling is not possible, you may request a credit for future programs, subject to approval.

​

3.2.3 Workshops & Events: Cancellations made at least 5 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days may not be eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another participant.

3.3 Refund Policy

3.3.1 Consulting Services: Payments for consulting clinics can be rescheduled/canceled 5 working days before the scheduled consulting clinic, refund will be processed within 5 working days.

3.3.2 Training & Workshops: If a program is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued. If a participant fails to attend without prior notice, no refund will be provided. & for rescheduling requests 5 days prior to the training, will be accommodated in future sessions or refund will be processed within 5 working days.

3.3.3 Marketplace Purchases: Refund eligibility for products or services purchased through the marketplace will depend on the seller’s policy. Digital content and downloadable products are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All content, including training materials, digital content, branding, and website design, is the intellectual property of ProjectGK Business Services or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

5. Modifications & Updates

5.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
